  1. tl;dw instructions: 

    – Extract 1 Vanilla bean
    – 1 Quart Heavy Creame – bring to a simmer and add vanilla
    – Whip 6 egg yolks
    – Whip 1/2 cup sugar into the egg yolks
    – Very slowly drizzle the hot cream into the eggs
    – Set oven to 325 F
    – Pour the mixture into the ramekins
    – Bake for 40 – 45 minutes
    – Cool for 2 hours in fridge (not shown)
    – Add sugar and fire w/ torch
