  1. Cook it for 2 1/2 hours , really ? I used my pressure cooker an made it in about an hour. Just wanted to see how you did it. I used the same veggies you used except the peas. I know nothing about wine's is there a type or brand that works best ?

  2. watching this while eating $1 beef stew, has no real flavor, cant even taste the vegetables and it just taste like weird flavor water.
    But watching this make me wanna make mine own.

  3. Love this recipe! Its delicious! the only thing I do differently when I cook it to freeze it is that I dont add potatoe because they get mealy or grainy almost when I pull it from the freezer for dinner all I do in boil some potatoes and then add it to the rest

  4. Lovely, but cooked potatoes can't be frozen, they hold too much water and just go to mush, but this is perfect, coming from a Yorkshire woman THAT is a mega compliment.

  5. that meat is boiled. and not browned. some pieces are browned. try putting less meat in at the time. if u put in all the meat like that u cool down the pot n oil. i usually do that while im prepping the veggies. ez pz
