  3. In Asia, people use brown rice for dessert. Just cook it as porridge, about 30 to 45 minutes, add some suger or brown suger when it's almost done. Serve with coconut milk. It's very nice and easy to make!

  5. I wonder if it is actually equally delicious as your buck wheat soba noodles salad was..I tried to cook latter one sometime this year, and I fell in love with it! Such a flavour burst, as you've said and tartness just in a right proportion 🙂
