  1. I would make my own chips being it's so easy to make the dough… but no need for the forms is definitely a plus. I think cream cheese or mascarpone would work too. It never dawned on me to make a dip of this but I LOVE the idea. Thanks Laura :o)

  2. More fun, less mess, and definitely no double dips if you just fill sugar cones!
    Why not blend the chocolate chips into the cream instead of just sprinkling them on top? I would blend and then sprinkle too.

  4. I made this last night and it went over so well! My only advice would be to taste it before you add any orange zest, and if you want to add the zest add only a tiny bit at a time. My cannoli dip had like a distinct orange flavor, which was good, but it just wasn't what I was expecting. Next time I'd either omit it or only add a teeny bit to enhance the flavor
