  1. I did make the regular pavlova yesterday but the texture bwas not the same and it did not get crispy outside and it turned brown… Please say me where did I go wrong… And I used a convection oven for this

  2. Laura, next time try inverting your pavlova onto the serving dish. The crust, which is now on the underside, stays much crispier and your filling goes on the meringue part which is now on the upside. That's the way my Mum taught me to do it. It works every time. Mia is certainly growing up fast!
