  2. Laura, this looks so good. I use to make cream of mushroom soup all the time because I lived close to a mushroom farm. The mushrooms were fresh and huge. Soooooooo good. Over the years and after a move, the soup had dwindled to a faint memory until now. I will be giving this recipe a try tomorrow night. Thanks so much. I agree with Natalija, "more cream soups please".

    Im from Mushroom country, you should come second weekend of september to Kennett sq. Pa., to the Mushrooom Festival.

I have never liked cream of shrooms soup, because first of all, I only like mushrooms majorly fried up in butter, added to tomato πŸ… sauces for spaghetti 🍝 or lasagna, or sometimes omelets🍳; secondly, it was always the canned, condensed version that I've ever had, whether in casseroles or alone🀒. BUT, THIS…..looks amazing! @LauraintheKitchen …can this be "canned," and/or does it freeze well?
