  1. My basic recipe for Sangria is red wine, fresh orange juice, brandy and sparkling water, and of course fruit and ice!!
I'm going to make your Fall Sangria next weekend πŸ™‚

  2. You could just freeze apple juice. Use those apple juice cubes instead of the regular ice and it won't water down your sangria, and you won't have to get all complicated with the zip lock bag.

  3. I make mine the day before and put them in ice tray. When time come to serve, I drop these cubes into the sangria and they melt without diluting the sangria.

  4. Dear Laura, as you requested some recipes for sangria, my mother used to make sangria by muddling strawberries, cherries (both maraschino and fresh), lemons, and limes. Then she would add berry syrup, sparkling red wine, raspberry vodka or rum, and top off with seltzer water as needed.
