Spank’n Bacon Hillbilly Harlot
Level: Intermediate
Total: 50 min
Active: 30 min
Yield: 1 serving

7 slices bacon
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 white onion
One 1-pound can diced tomatoes
One 12-ounce bottle chili sauce
3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Canola oil, for frying
1 all-beef weenie
1 hot dog bun

Special equipment: a deep-fryer

Fry 5 slices bacon in a skillet. Remove and set aside.

Dice all peppers and onion and saute in bacon grease until cooked down a bit. Then stir in tomatoes, chili sauce, rice, brown sugar, Worcestershire, black pepper, pepper flakes and 2 1/2 cups water.
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring it every so often, until the rice is done, about 25 minutes. Crumble cooked bacon and reserve some for garnish, then stir the rest into the sauce.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F.

Wrap your weenie in remaining 2 slices raw bacon. Flash deep-fry 1 1/2 minutes, then cook on flat top until bacon is crisp and weenie is plumped. Toast the top of the hot dog bun. Put weenie in the bun, then top with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining bacon bits.

  1. Ok,,, Now that's my Guy it's a blessing in so many ways,, We have seen y'all swimming with sharks and through out the years traveling and eating and providing a great service.

  2. Haven't read anyone else's comments yet…. BUT, Hunter just out-defined his dad's famous flavor descriptions "take a bath in it". Hahahaha!! Hunter could do his own version of DDD and would be top-rated show for sure!!

  3. Dear friend, we can forgive others as Father God, through Jesus Christ, forgives us. God doesn't simply forgive when we repent; He removes our sin completely. Scripture is full of commands for us to love each other and overlook faults. We are reminded that love “keeps no record of wrongs” (1 Cor. 13 : 5) and that we should be ready to forgive one another “just as in Christ God forgave you” (Eph. 4 : 32).

I am deeply grateful that God turns off the scoreboard when I fail. Again He doesn’t simply forgive when we repent; He removes our sin as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103 : 12). That is AMAZING!! With God, forgiveness means that our sin is out of sight and out of mind.

Start living a life of pure forgiveness of others, as our Lord so graciously forgives by first acknowledging that you are a sinner in need of our Savior. Confess with your mouth and believe with your heart that Jesus is Lord and Savior of your life. Welcome Yeshua (Jesus Christ) into your life. Receive grace through faith by believing in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross, His death, burial and resurrection for the sins of all mankind. You will then be sealed in salvation, and your life will be forever changed!

Please be of good cheer in praying the following prayer with me…Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for not holding my sins against me and for granting me a second chance. Help me today to forgive others just as You have so freely forgiven me. Please give me grace to extend forgiveness to those around around me. This I pray and give thanks in Your Mighty Mighty name, Amen!

May God bless you in the Glorious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior.❤️❤️❤️
