  1. Have a question.  When making a Calzone is it possible  to put a garlic butter topping on the crust before cooking or should it be after cooking.  I love everything garlic.

  2. I know this is an older video but I have a question,  when you make and freeze your pizza dough do you freeze it in a ball or do you press it out? I plan on making some but not sure what to do. Thanks 🙂

  3. I use Baking Tile , it's like a Pizza Stone , & I put it right onto that Pre Heated in the oven at 525 Degrees for 35- 40 minutes, Comes out nice & crispy, I also Egg Wash the top of it before putting it in the oven, This gives it a nice Brown on the dough as well. Etc.

  5. I like it when you don't slice the top so you do get airbubbles and the whole thing kinda blows up! It looks so big and beautiful, I always have had it like that in restaurants! When you make slices it comes out so flat!
