  1. Never use sirloin. The best cheesesteaks are made with ribeye. That's what all the good places use. And Laura you're from South Jersey and you called your rolls buns. That's a No-No sweetheart especially for an Italian girl. One more thing should have put a lid on a frying pan for a few seconds to melt that cheese a little better. But I got a feeling I've been cooking cheesesteaks a lot longer than you have. Take care
