  1. I recently made these and will again! I wanted to add that I added a cup of blueberries and took about two tablespoons of the flour from the batter and mixed into my berries so they wouldn't sink to the bottom of my cupcakes… They were amazing! Also, instead of garnishing like her with a lemon wedge, I topped with a blueberry ")

  2. Thank you for the recipe! I started making cupcakes, but landed up making an entire cake. I made it for a proportian of 6 muffins and the ingredients worked out perfectly by just halving the quantities!

  3. i made it, it tasted great! but mine rose up quite high and cracked…does anyone know why? was the heat too hot? did i overmix? maybe i put too much batter into one liner?

  4. I made these yesterday and they were amazing!!!! very soft and light, though i added abt 1/2 tb more lemon juice in the cupcakes and 1/2 tea in the frosting to make it more tangy. Thats the way i like it… Thank you so much!!!!

  5. Those lovely cupcakes are sooo mouthwatering ! I definitely wanna try to make them today….just wondering, can i use a steamer or press cooker for this recipe ? Can i omit the cream cheese for the icing ? Thanks so much for sharing.laura ! Love all ur vids
