  1. Was really looking forward to trying this and actually marinated the chicken legs for 8 hours versus the 2 hours recommended. Used a very good Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Cooked exactly as the recipe stated. They were good, but not great. Definitely needed some additional salt and maybe red pepper flakes.

  2. Sauce doesnt thicken much on the stovetop, but good chicken! Watch closely so u dont overcook the drumettes/wingettes though (i also might spray pan on the aluminum foil next time so they wont stick as much).
