  1. I worked at a pizza place called pizza cucinova for a year and I can honestly say that is exactly how to stretch dough perfectly. Unfortunately, I was so good at the stove oven I rarely got to do it cuz I always had to cook them. But the heat made my skin look amazing.

  2. nothing mentioned about the importance of using the natural yeast and cultures. Beside to judge fairly at least show us how the Pizza looks from the side to see its truth πŸ™‚

  3. That's a lot of unnecessary sugar. If you're not packaging it you don't need sugar or any other preservatives. As for flavor, the amount she uses will have minimal impact on flavor. Good and well prepped ingredients will give you your flavor.
