  1. Once the water is boiled used a whisk to create a cyclone in the water then drop the egg in 1 at a time this will allow the whites to wrap around the yolk creating a nicer looking poached egg

  2. Food network really needs to bring a show like good eats back. Something that explains why things are being put into the dishes, not just told to put everything together and hope for the best.

  3. LOL nice editing. The eggs in the water aren't the ones on the paper towels. PS microwave in a coffee mug with half cup cool tap water for 60 seconds is a better method.

  4. I poach eggs in a pot of water with some vinegar. They are extremely fluffy and delicate.. these look kind of like the crap hard protein version you get at restaurants.
