That is not like any Okonomiyaki I ever saw, although ingredients are >almost< good.
Doesn't even resemble an Okonomiyaki. Do you even do a second of research before making an abomination of an ethnic dish? There are so many video on Youtube.

I just love her so much. She is so down to earth relatable. Also her recipes always work. I had no scallions so I used leeks they where so nice and served with baked ham & salad.
