  3. Laura, I have been following you for years under another email and I am so glad you are doing so well. PLEASE.. please work on twisting more of your recipes to fit a keto, low carb diet. I am thrilled you did the coconut pancakes.

    There are SOOO many people having to eliminate sugar and grains. The wheat we have today is destroying the gut, which destroys mental and physical health. It goes way beyond gluten. Research Dr William Davis, Gary Taube, Dr Hyman and Dr Eric Berg. I would LOVE more recipes using no wheat or oat flour or sugars.. sticking to coconut flours, almond meal, stevia, and lots of grassfed butter, avocados, kale, coconut oil. THANK YOU <3
