The TTC says that there are “major delays” along the entire Line 1 subway due to an issue at Wilson Yard that is preventing some trains from being brought into service.
Subway trains are kept at a number of facilities across the city during the overnight hours when service is suspended and then brought back for the start of service at 6 a.m.
The TTC says that it was unable to get trains out of Wilson Yard this morning, however, due to some sort of issue.
As a result, there are currently fewer trains than normal running along Line 1.
The TTC says that it is working as fast as possible to resolve the issue, though there is currently no timeline for the resumption of full service.
