Ingredients:
5 Large Egg Whites
1 cup of Sugar
1 tsp of White Wine Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
2 tsp of Corn Starch
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Cream of Tartar

For the cream:
1 cup of Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar

For the topping:
6 kiwis
Fresh Raspberries

    But your recipe said to preheat the oven to 300 Degrees … Celcius … OR Fahrenheits … ? ..

  4. This recipe made way more than the six 4" minis. What to do with excess? Can you do 2 baking sheets of them? Will they cook in the oven properly if there are 2 sheets?
