  1. To Die For! 😆👏🏻No Kidding. My New Fav no doubt! I remember the Monte Cristo was popular late 80’s. This is more the Italian version wi that crunchy outside and gooey cheese happening center! Laura, you’re the Bomb! 😱😁😂Whatever. You know what I mean. 😘 All I added to your wonderful recipe was a dab or two of garlic butter on the soft roll along w a few sprinkles of oregano in between the slices of mozzarella! Cause, you know?! C’Mon! As you say! 😇😂👍Just ridiculously delishiciousness! Oh! A side of marinara sauce was not wasted, tho not needed! Died and went to Heaven,I did! 👍🙏🏻👏🏻Thanking you!

  2. I just made it. Its awesome! I used brioche buns. Very simple, delicious and leaves you feeling light but satisfied. I was thinking doing a version with a bit of pesto on the bun before the cheese and salami. I LOVE IT!

  4. We slept in so skipped breakfast and I made this for brunch. I added garlic butter and oregano, we didn't have salami on hand and I wanted to give it a little more flavor. We served it with marinara. This was so delicious and so simple to make. This will go with my staple recipes. Can't wait to make it again.
