  2. Got a question for the chefs out there! Is there a particular reason you keep the tails on for the shrimp? I know some stir fry shrimp keep entire shell on like in asian cuisine but is there a reason to keep that little tail on?

    I've always wondered and then especially with this video Laura said she perfers it that way but then during eating she takes it off. Like I feel like if you're not going to eat it in the end, why not shell it entirely before cooking?
