  2. In the caribbean we boil the corn with garlic cloves and a habanero pepper. It gives it so much flavor & not spicy as long as the pepper doesn’t burst!

  3. I worked at a BBQ restaurant 20 years ago and this is how we made corn for the day. Boiled corn with milk salt and butter. I haven't seen anyone else do this since 2000. When I do it, people think I'm odd. Not anymore!
