  3. OMG!!! I made this last night for my dinner party of 8. It was so simple to pull off for a group by doing the prep ahead of time. The only deviation I made was using Panko bread crumbs seasoned with a handful of fresh frozen pre-grated parm from costco, and the addition of some crushed dry oregano. My chicken breasts were very large, so I cut each one in half and pounded them to a little less than 1/2 inch so all 12 portions would cook evenly. These just melt in your mouth. I love, love, love this dish and so did my guests. This is my new favorite chicken recipe! Thanks Laura.

  4. Made this and only switched up the pesto sauce for your spinach pesto sauce ( being on a budget, a bag of spinach cost a lot less then several packs of basil. lol). It turned out DELICIOUS and melts in your mouth! I don't know where to upload the photo?
