  1. Looks very good! Oh my! Did you see the size of bites Laura is eating? Looks like you are starving or something!! Definitely not lady like bites for sure. Her cheeks are sticking out even! Those must be extremely good! Thanks for sharing.

  2. Love this recipe. Laura I make this all the time. My family and friends love it. Thank you so much for sharing all your recipes. God bless you and your family. You Rock.

  3. hey laura. the pumpkin cinnamon rolls look absolutely yummo. can you make more Greek and Portuguese dishes? everyone would also love it for you post videos on learning how to make Greek and Portuguese dishes and plus wherever you live in is far from ironbound. It's a Portuguese neighbourhood in Newark. so plzzz? is there a Greek population in New Jersey like the Portuguese population too? in Australia, we have a very large Greek population especially Melbourne

  4. I was wondering why the yeast was left only for 5 minutes. I saw another video for cinnamon rolls in which the person said to set aside the yeast for an hour. I'm just curious to know why this difference since I m new at this. :/

  5. She should make red velvet cinnamon rolls.
A Little cocoa and buttermilk in the dough (plus red colouring)
Little bit of cocoa in the cinnamon filling as well.
Topped with the usual cream cheese glaze (because red velvet goes well with cream cheese icing).

  6. Why must UNsalted butter be used? As an established bachelor with (Usually) minimal foodstuffs & kitchen accouterments, I keep my "Options" open. Liberal alternates/substitutions are a frequent necessity in my home. Don't mind a little additional Na Cl for flavor palate-will using salted butter adversely affect final outcome? Will appreciate collective input!
