  1. i think that the cheesy mixture could be added to the eggs before putting them on top of the leeks… so you could skip the oven part and let the frittata cook on the stove….i'm italian and I usually do the frittata this way 😉

  2. I love how Laura said 'think of this as a guide' cus im always sitting here like WOW LOVE this dish! But im gonna leave that out and replace it with that, cus then it would be even more delicious! lol.. just personal taste right?

  6. Hi Laura, could you please do a coffee flavored hot cross buns recipe with cho chips? I have had them and they are so good. Would love to make them but not sure about the choc chips and coffee quantities.
