  1. Oh Laura…. I love you and your videos. I use your recipes ALL the time… BUT! this won't be too bad! I know that cooking the pork to 160 degrees is going to give you drier meat than cooked to 145 degrees, and it's perfectly safe. Compromise at 150 degrees? You keep up the excellent work. You're the best!

  2. This looks so good! When I do such a gravy I sautee some shallots in butter, add a splash of Calvados and then the rest of your ingredients. Calvados sauce is really so good if you have some spare money to buy it. Will try your stuffing recipe, definitely.
