Wow that looks really yummy and comforting for a rainy day, plus is my kind of recipe, throw everything into a pot and let it cook πŸ™‚ Here in Mexico we eat a very mind-blowing vegetarian dish that is like a tempura cauliflower with a natural tomato sauce with oregano, time, onion and garlic. Hopefully that will be inspiring for you to try it πŸ˜‰

  4. did it today, added sweet peppers, red lentils and kidney beans and it was AMAZING πŸ™‚ I put less stock though, otherwise it's too watery for my taste.
    Very autumnal and comforting ^^
