  1. For some reason it really irritates me when they use the spatula to clean the sides of the bowl on the stand mixer but not the actual spade on the mixer the itself. I don't know why?

  2. So I made these for my family, my mom helped me out. And they tasted fantastic! My dad's exact words, "These are out of this world! Where'd you get the recipe? I never tasted any cookies like these."  I'm really glad I decided to make these! =D

  4. Hey! I live in a country where we don't bake with or use like pumpkin or sweet potato in our desserts. I really want to bqke this for my mom, but I know she won't really like them if you can taste the pumpkin. Can you taste it? I mean, is it like having pumpkin purée with chocolate chips?? Have you ever used an actual pumpkin to make these cookies, My daughter went to a farm recently on a school trip and they all came home with pumpkins… I am now stuck with this pumpkin and have no clue what to do, my mom asked me to make pumpkin cookies for her but not sure how to use the actual pumpkin? Do I boil it? For how long? Help!!!!

    I have been following your recipes for awhile now and love them, this one needs a revamp. They tasted very cakey as for the pumpkin pie I made was best tasting one I ever ate. Keep up your work.

  7. +Laura in the Kitchen These cookies are so so addicting, and are an ideal fall cookie! I used a smaller scoop, like a 3/4in fruit baller, and baked them for 12 minutes, and they came out amazingly brown and incredibly moist (but not underdone) in the center. My family isn't a big fan of white chocolate, so we used milk, and I used a premade pumpkin pie filling (and didn't add the pumpkin pie spice). THEY TURNED OUT ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY. I added the extra egg and 1/2 cup extra flour, and they didn't spread any more, but it really doesn't matter because they came out soft and fluffy and absolutely delicious. Like little chocolatey pumpkin spice cakes. I'll be making these for decades, I can just tell. Thanks so much for this absolutely perfect recipe. I'll be recommending this recipe forever! <3
